- Conduct virtual wellness consultations and assess clients’ lifestyle habits
- Provide personalized recommendations on stress management, sleep, physical activity, and self care routines
- Collaborate with mental health professionals to ensure holistic support
- Create wellness plans aligned with therapeutic goals
- Monitor client progress through scheduled check ins
- Document sessions accurately and maintain client confidentiality
- Contribute to digital wellness content
- Use TherapyMantra’s online tools to deliver accessible, high quality support
Requirements
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities
- Solid foundation in Health & Wellness and Exercise Physiology
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in virtual environments
- Relevant education or certification in wellness coaching, psychology, counseling, public health, nutrition, fitness, or a related field
- Experience working in mental health, wellness, or coaching settings and familiarity with online platforms or telehealth tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and maintain professional boundaries

Role Description

Qualifications
