Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual wellness consultations and assess client needs.
- Recommend appropriate services, tools, or programs within TherapyMantra’s ecosystem.
- Provide coaching on stress management, work–life balance, and healthy lifestyle practices.
- Guide clients in using platform resources such as self help tools and meditation content.
- Maintain clear documentation and collaborate with clinical and customer support teams.
- Promote engagement in TherapyMantra’s wellness offerings.
Requirements
- Strong Wellness and Coaching skills with experience guiding individuals or groups on mental health, stress management, and holistic wellbeing.
- Customer Service skills including empathy, active listening, and clear communication.
- Sales skills with ability to identify client needs and encourage program enrollment.
- Training skills with experience delivering workshops or educational sessions on wellness topics.
- Relevant degree in psychology, counseling, social work, health sciences, or related fields.
- Experience in telehealth, digital wellness platforms, or remote consulting.
- Ability to work independently, manage part time hours, and maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
- Comfort with online tools, video conferencing platforms, and documentation systems.
