Requirements

- Clinical expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness based approaches)
- Strong counseling and consultation skills
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ethical judgment and commitment to confidentiality

Role Description
- Provide client centered online counseling and psychological consultation through secure video, chat, and app based sessions.
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement evidence based treatment plans, document session notes, and monitor client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals, contribute to workplace mental health programs, and offer psychoeducation.
- Support clients with crisis management within defined protocols and participate in case discussions and professional development.
- Part time, remote role with flexible scheduling.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, mindfulness based approaches).
- Strong counseling and consultation skills, including active listening, empathy, and ability to build therapeutic alliances in virtual settings.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms, digital documentation systems, and secure communication tools.
- Ability to provide psychoeducation, develop self help resources, and support workplace mental health initiatives.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related mental health field; relevant licensure or certification.
- Experience with multicultural and cross border contexts is beneficial.
- Strong ethical judgment, adherence to professional codes, and commitment to confidentiality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reliability in part time scheduling, openness to continuous learning.
