- Strong skills in client interviewing, rapport building, and culturally responsive, trauma informed care
- Experience providing telehealth or online psychological services
- Excellent communication, case formulation, and report writing abilities
- Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or related field
- Relevant professional license or certification as required by local regulations
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a flexible part time schedule

Role Description
- Provide remote, part time psychological consultation and support through TherapyMantra’s online platform.
- Conduct client assessments, offer short term guidance or ongoing consultation, and develop personalized, evidence based recommendations.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals when appropriate, maintain accurate and confidential documentation, and adhere to ethical guidelines.
- Use secure video, chat, and digital tools to deliver services, contribute to mental health resources or workshops when needed.
Qualifications
- Clinical expertise in psychological assessment, diagnosis, and evidence based interventions (e.g., CBT, DBT, solution focused approaches).
- Strong skills in client interviewing, rapport building, and culturally responsive, trauma informed care.
- Experience providing telehealth or online psychological services.
- Excellent communication, case formulation, and report writing abilities.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, or a related field; relevant professional license or certification.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage a flexible part time schedule, and handle confidential information responsibly.
- Prior experience in multicultural or global mental health settings is an advantage; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
