About the Role

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- Minimum of 8 years in Well Construction or Drilling Services
- Experience in sales
- Strong understanding of MENAT Market
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
- Knowledge and experience managing the sales cycle
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs

Role Overview
- As the Middle East Well Construction Sales Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for expanding On Demand Solution (ODS) Sales and customer base across MENAT.
- This is a customer facing role that includes direct sales, alternative business models, channels and other On Demand Solution revenue streams across the region.
- Person will act as primary link between external customers and internal processes and requirements.
Responsibilities
- Selling to or through On Demand Solutions (ODS) accounts, partners and distributors. May include channel sales support and channel development duties.
- Handles products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and knowledge of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
- Manages complex sales processes requiring involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Handles important business unit clients.
- Coordinates sales teams involving engineering, legal, risk, finance etc.
- Department is involved in medium large sales.
- Handles big or challenging markets or multi country.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Minimum of 8 years in Well Construction or Drilling Services.
- Experience in sales.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of MENAT Market.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse and resolve problems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects.
- Knowledge and experience managing the sales cycle.
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
