- Supervise welding activities in accordance with project specifications, codes, and standards
- Ensure welders follow approved welding procedures and quality standards
- Monitor welding processes, inspections, and documentation for compliance
- Coordinate with QC Inspectors and project teams to resolve welding issues
- Verify welding consumables, equipment, and materials meet project requirements
- Mentor, guide, and manage welding team to achieve productivity and quality targets
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and training for welding personnel
- Review welding reports, drawings, and documentation for accuracy
- Ensure all welding activities adhere to HSE requirements and company policies
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fabrication Manager or Project Manager
