Core Mission

Own and scale the website as a primary lead generation channel by building high-converting landing pages, optimizing on-site funnels, and ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems.

This role is focused on turning website traffic into qualified leads through structure, data, and continuous optimization — not through paid ads management.

1. WordPress Landing Page Development

  • Build, launch, and manage high-converting landing pages directly on WordPress
  • Create structured, conversion-focused pages (headlines, sections, forms, CTAs)
  • Optimize layout, messaging, and user flow for maximum lead capture
  • Continuously improve landing pages based on performance data
  • 2.
  • On-Site Funnel Design & CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
  • Design and optimize user journeys from entry to lead submission
  • Improve conversion paths, form structures, and CTA placements
  • Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, forms, and key conversion elements
  • Identify drop-off points and reduce friction across the funnel

3. Lead Capture System & CRM Integration

  • Connect website forms and landing pages to CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking, routing, and data flow
  • Structure lead capture systems to maximize lead quality
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on lead quality and usability

4. Website Analytics & Performance Optimization

  • Analyze user behavior using tools such as GA4 and Hotjar
  • Monitor conversion rates and identify growth opportunities
  • Generate actionable insights to improve lead generation performance
  • Optimize cost per lead through website improvements (not advertising)

5. Technical & UX Optimization

  • Improve website speed and Core Web Vitals
  • Optimize UX/UI to increase engagement and conversions
  • Ensure all pages, forms, and integrations function reliably
  • Manage integrations (CRM, forms, WhatsApp, automation tools)

Important Note

This role is strictly focused on **website growth, landing pages, and conversion optimization**.

Candidates whose experience is primarily in **paid ads (Google Ads / Meta Ads)** will not be considered.

  • Number of qualified leads generated from the website
  • Landing page conversion rate
  • Cost per lead (CPL) through on-site optimization
  • Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
  • Lead quality and relevance

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience building landing pages in **WordPress**
  • Strong understanding of **Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**
  • Experience integrating websites with **CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)**
  • Ability to analyze user behavior and make data-driven decisions
  • Execution-focused mindset (not only strategy)
  • Experience with high-ticket or service-based businesses is a strong advantage

  • You are primarily a paid ads specialist (Google Ads / Meta Ads)
  • You are only focused on SEO
  • You are only a designer without conversion experience
  • You do not have hands-on WordPress experience
