About the Role
Persian Horizon - FZCO is hiring an L1 Hardware Technician to support internal IT and infrastructure needs. The role requires hands-on experience with CCTV, networking, laptop/desktop repair, mobile troubleshooting, printer setup, and structured cabling.

- CCTV Camera installation, configuration & troubleshooting
- Networking (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, gateways)
- Laptop & desktop hardware repair and maintenance
- Mobile phone troubleshooting
- Printer & scanner setup and support
- Structured cabling & trunk/patch management
- Internet connectivity issues & ISP coordination
- General IT infrastructure support
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- Good understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi Fi)
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CompTIA A+, IT Support, or similar certifications (preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems and IT asset management tools (preferred)
- Exposure to Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or endpoint management solutions (preferred)
