About the Role
Persian Horizon is hiring a Hardware Technician to support internal IT and infrastructure needs. The role requires hands-on experience with CCTV, networking, hardware repair, and general IT support.

Responsibilities
- Support internal IT and infrastructure needs including CCTV camera installation, configuration & troubleshooting.
- Provide call center IT technician support.
- Handle networking tasks (LAN/WAN, switches, routers, gateways).
- Perform laptop & desktop hardware repair and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mobile phones.
- Set up and support printers & scanners.
- Manage structured cabling & trunk/patch management.
- Resolve internet connectivity issues and coordinate with ISP.
- Provide general IT infrastructure support.
Requirements
- Diploma, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field
- Good understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi Fi)
- Experience with CRM, Hubspot, SIP trunk, Call Dialers
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Description
- We are hiring a Hardware Technician to support our internal IT and infrastructure needs.
Role Requirements

Required Qualifications
