We are currently seeking a skilled
Web Developer
to join our Digital & Technology team as part of our continued business expansion and digital transformation initiatives.
The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and optimizing modern web applications and websites that support our real estate operations, marketing activities, and customer engagement platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize company websites and web applications.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create landing pages, digital campaigns, and online property listing solutions.
- Ensure website responsiveness, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Integrate APIs, third-party tools, and property management or listing systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain website security, updates, and follow best coding practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in web development or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or similar).
- Experience with backend technologies such as PHP, Node.js, or similar is a plus.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress is preferred.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive web design.
- Experience in real estate websites or property listing platforms is an advantage.
