We are currently seeking an experienced
Web Designer (Ui And Ux)
to join our Digital Solutions Team as part of our ongoing product enhancement and digital transformation initiatives.
The team is focused on delivering intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centric web experiences across multiple platforms, ensuring high usability and alignment with business objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing, user-friendly website layouts, landing pages, and web applications based on business and user requirements.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Ensure responsive, mobile-first design across various devices and browsers.
- Maintain and enhance UI/UX standards, design systems, and brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Conduct usability testing and implement improvements based on user feedback, analytics, and industry best practices.
- Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web design, UI/UX design, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern frontend frameworks is an advantage.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems and working with cross-functional teams.
