Accountable for the strategy, performance, and continuous improvement of all web‑based fronend channels.
This role oversees engineering, UI, and web alignment to deliver seamless web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define strategy and roadmap for web channels.
- Lead and grow chapter members specializing in front‑end, and web platform engineering.
- Oversee web architecture, performance, security, and scalability.
- Collaborate with product, design, and business teams to ensure alignment.
- Ensure consistent branding, usability, and accessibility across web channels.
- Introduce modern tools, frameworks, and delivery practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field..
- Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, micro front-ends and microservices.
- Strong experience leading front-end modren technologies technology teams.
- Deep knowledge of modern web frameworks, CMS, APIs, and cloud hosting.
- Proven ability to manage complex, large‑scale digital channels.
- Experience working in Agile environments with cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in modern architectural design and related technical disciplines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile/SAFe certifications.
