Responsibilities
- Monitor and review theoretical and practical assessment sessions to ensure compliance with approved policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Conduct compliance audits and identify quality issues, policy violations, and potential assessment irregularities
- Prepare comprehensive compliance, quality, and investigation reports, including findings, root causes, and corrective action recommendations
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate compliance performance and improvement initiatives to stakeholders
- Review and update internal procedures, guidelines, and operational documentation to ensure alignment with compliance and quality requirements
- Verify assessment documentation and supporting materials for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with approved occupational standards
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement corrective, preventive, and disciplinary actions related to compliance findings
- Evaluate testing centers' adherence to operational, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen assessment integrity, transparency, and overall product compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- 2 4 years of experience in Product Compliance, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Audit, or a related function
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, quality assurance principles, and process improvement methodologies
- Experience in reviewing operational processes, identifying compliance gaps, and recommending corrective actions
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to prepare clear, detailed reports
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to maintaining quality and compliance standards

Job Requirements
