Job Description
- Manage and lead all aspects of assigned project operations (including resourcing, formal project controls, quality assurance, and contractual requirements) to ensure that projects are managed in line with company standards and delivered on time/on budget and as per the project case.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the project mobilisation activities, lead the development of the project initiation document, project scope, deliverables, project and resource plans
- Identify risk areas and immediate/structural obstacles impeding successful project implementation
- Manage and review the design and implementation of formal project controls and other quality assurance activities
