Position Overview

Position Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend the daily onsite safety briefing before starting project work.
• Inspect surroundings, equipment, and tools and identify safety concerns.
• Execute project tasks according to expected production rates.
• Use tools and materials safely and efficiently.
• Complete work according to contract scope, designs, specifications, and engineering documents under foreman direction.
• Assist with project inventory tracking and monitoring.
• Maintain positive onsite customer relations.
• Comply with applicable governmental rules and regulations, including OSHA, DOT, EEO, and EPA requirements.
• Report actual and potential job problems to management promptly.
• Care for, use, maintain, and store assigned company equipment, materials, and tools.
• Perform other duties assigned by the foreman or commercial business manager.
• Maintain ethical business conduct.

Job Requirements

• Masonry and tuckpointing capability.
• Concrete restoration and caulking capability.
• Waterproofing capability.
• Parking garage restoration capability.
• Cold-applied waterproofing capability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Acceptable background check under company standards.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical examination.

Compensation

• Pay is listed as $21 to $38 per hour, excluding prevailing wage.
• Benefits may include a 401K with company match, company pension plan, health insurance, paid time off, mileage reimbursement, and continuing education, subject to eligibility.

Work Setting

• The position performs field and onsite commercial façade project work.

Schedule
