The Field Resource Foreman oversees and performs the safety, efficiency, and quality of the WTI field service business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct daily onsite safety briefings, inspect work areas and equipment, identify safety concerns, and complete daily hazard analysis forms.
- Coordinate daily and project-start communications with supervisors, sales representatives, crew members, and customers.
- Manage crew schedules, productivity, tools, materials, and execution according to the approved project scope or specification.
- Perform end-of-day and end-of-project walkthroughs, document work and materials, and resolve punch list items.
- Ensure field representatives maintain professional appearance and customer interactions.
- Order, track, and monitor inventory and complete quarterly cycle counts.
- Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500 and submit proposals over $20,000 for required review and approval.
- Monitor field representatives, coordinate corrective measures, schedule projects, review time reports, and attend required meetings and training.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum five years of roofing industry experience is required.
- Thorough familiarity with built-up, EPDM, PVC, low-slope, metal, and other steep-slope roofing systems is required.
- A 30-hour OSHA certification is required.
- Registered Roof Observer certification is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, English communication ability, travel availability, weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug test are required.
Compensation
- The stated annual salary range is $70,000 to $95,000.

- The role involves onsite field service and project work with possible out-of-town travel and overnight stays.
