Job Description
Fast Marine Boats is seeking a Water Sports Instructor who is experienced, energetic, and passionate about marine activities.
The ideal candidate should be ready to join immediately and have strong hands-on experience in water sports operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise water sports activities such as:
- Jet Ski
- Jet Surf
- Fly Board
- Banana Boat
- Paddle Board etc..
- Ensure safety protocols and customer briefings are strictly followed
- Operate watercraft and manage daily equipment setup and storage
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Perform regular equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Requirements
- Valid DMCA Boat Driving License (up to 12 meters) – *Mandatory*
- Valid STCW Certificate – *Mandatory*
- Proven experience in water sports instruction and activities listed above
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Immediate joiners preferred
