- Strong product knowledge of fishing, diving, and maritime trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs
- Self motivated, reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

About the Role
- Fast Marine Boats is a leading dealer of Axopar & Brabus and retailer of top quality fishing, diving, and maritime equipment.
- As a Retail Sales Associate in our Abu Dhabi store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and answering their questions with enthusiasm and expertise.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets by effectively promoting products and highlighting their features and benefits.
- Possessing a deep understanding of fishing, diving, and maritime equipment, including their uses, applications, and safety considerations.
- Maintaining a well organized and stocked store floor, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and assisting with stock takes.
- Collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in UAE.
- Proven experience selling fishing, diving, or maritime equipment is a strong preference.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of current fishing, diving, and maritime trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and identify their needs.

Pay
- AED 2,500.00 AED 3,000.00 per month
