Now Hiring: Boating Operations Administrator
- Fast Marine Boats, the GCC's leading one stop marine solutions provider and the official dealer for Axopar and BRABUS Marine, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Boating Operations Administrator to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily marine and boating operations.
- Manage boat preparation, commissioning, deliveries, and customer handovers.
- Coordinate boat inspections, sea trials, and customer boat testing.
- Prepare RFQs, Purchase Orders, Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) reports, warranty claims, and spare parts documentation.
- Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of spare parts, accessories, and operational supplies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent after sales support.
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Perform administrative duties to support the marine operations team.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination (marine industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Odoo ERP.
- Strong problem solving ability and attention to detail.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
