About the Role
Fast Marine Boats is seeking a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across all channels. The role requires hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, website updates, and photography/drone operation.

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing campaigns including social media, email marketing, database marketing, and display advertising
- Build, create, and manage the company’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other channels
- Ensure all company marketing collaterals are updated, aligned, and readily available
- Work closely with web developers to maintain and update the company website
- Independently update website content including products, images, banners, news, promotions, and company information
- Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each platform
- Monitor and engage in social discussions related to the company, competitors, and industry trends
- Generate innovative ideas and execute creative growth strategies
- Evaluate and improve end to end customer experience across digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Digital Marketing experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge and proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing
- Hands on experience in updating and managing company websites (CMS knowledge preferred)
- Photography, editing and drone operation skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
