About the Role

Responsibilities
- Guard company premises, construction sites, buildings, and equipment against theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Monitor and control entry and exit of personnel, visitors, and vehicles
- Verify identification and maintain visitor and vehicle entry records
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify security risks or unsafe conditions
- Monitor gates, fences, and access points to ensure site security
- Report suspicious activities, security breaches, accidents, or emergencies immediately to the supervisor
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations following company procedures
- Assist in maintaining order and ensuring compliance with site rules and regulations
- Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment, where applicable
- Maintain daily security logs, incident reports, and shift handover records
- Assist during emergency evacuations and support emergency response activities
- Ensure company property and equipment are protected at all times
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Security guard training or certification is an advantage
- Basic first aid training is preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a watchman, security guard, or site security personnel
- Experience in construction sites, commercial buildings, industrial facilities, or residential compounds is preferred
