Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily waste collection operations across multiple streams, including UCO
- Plan and optimize routing, scheduling, and logistics
- Develop and maintain supplier networks (restaurants, hotels, and other waste generators)
- Ensure compliance with UAE environmental and safety regulations
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure steady feedstock supply
- Lead operational teams and oversee fleet utilization and maintenance
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in waste management, logistics, or recycling operations
- Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and compliance standards
- Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
- Experience in UCO, recycling, or biofuels industry
- Knowledge of sustainability and circular economy practices
