- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure long term contracts and repeat business

- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fuel delivery
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM data
- Travel to customer sites, industry events, and meetings as required
Requirements
- Proven experience in fuel sales, energy sales, or B2B sales is a must
- Very knowledgeable about diesel market and trends
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
- Self motivated and results driven
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
- Must possess a valid driver’s license; regular travel to customer locations is required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3 7 years of relevant sales experience

Role Overview
- The Diesel Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of diesel fuel products by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
