Integrated Biofuels is seeking a highly experienced **General Manager** to lead its operations in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the **oil and gas trading sector**, with hands-on experience in the local market and a proven ability to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s day-to-day operations
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand trading activities
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships in the UAE market
- Maintain relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability
- Lead, manage, and develop internal teams
Requirements
- Minimum **5 years of practical experience in Abu Dhabi** within the **oil & gas trading sector**
- Proven experience in a **managerial or leadership role**
- Strong knowledge of UAE market regulations and trading practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- MBA or relevant certifications are an advantage
