- Take full ownership of customer complaints raised through our portal — from first contact to final resolution.
- Speak with customers in a clear, confident, and convincing manner, educating them where needed, and ensuring they feel heard and valued.
- Coordinate inspections at the customer’s location or arrange for vehicle pickup to our workshop when necessary.
- Think on your feet, adapt to each case, and avoid taking a defensive tone even with demanding customers.
- Collaborate with inspectors, technicians, and internal teams to ensure quick turnaround and customer satisfaction.
- Keep every case on your radar — because the end to end resolution is your lane to own.
