Responsibilities
- Handle vehicle registration, renewal, transfer, and de registration for the lease to own fleet
- Manage traffic files, fines, Salik processes, lock fines, release of impounded vehicles, and police reports
- Coordinate with RTA, Traffic Department, Police, and other UAE government authorities for vehicle related approvals
- Process permits, permissions, and compliance documents required for lease to own operations
- Track expiry dates of vehicle registrations, permits, and other documents to avoid penalties
- Follow up on vehicle related legal matters, police cases, and court conclusions until closure
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle documents and government transactions
- Support fleet and operations teams with compliance and documentation requirements
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license
- 2 3 years of experience as PRO in a car rental/auto rental company in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of vehicle registration, traffic procedures, fines, Salik, impounds, and police cases
- Proven track record working with RTA, Traffic Department, and Police for vehicle related matters
- Familiar with lease to own or leasing operations preferred

What’s Under the Hood?
- A valid UAE driving license.
- Must have 2 3 years of experience as PRO in a car rental / auto rental company in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle registration, traffic procedures, fines, Salik, impounds, and police cases.
- Proven track record working with RTA, Traffic Department, and Police for vehicle related matters.
- Familiar with lease to own or leasing operations is preferred.
- Strong follow up skills, able to work independently, and handle field work at government offices.
