Position Overview

Role Details

• Department: Warehouse & Logistics.
• Position: Warehouse Labourer.
• Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor or Logistics Manager.
• Number of positions: 2.
• Work location: In person in the UAE.

Warehouse Operations

• Clean the warehouse every day and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free from unnecessary obstacles.
• Load and offload containers safely and efficiently.
• Move and organize coffee bags within the warehouse.
• Stack coffee bags properly and securely on pallets.
• Store stock in designated areas and organize coffee bags by product, origin, batch, or other warehouse requirements.

Customer Orders and Deliveries

• Prepare coffee bags according to customer orders and delivery requirements.
• Pick and organize the correct quantity of coffee bags for each order.
• Assist with loading customer deliveries onto vehicles.
• Handle coffee bags carefully to prevent damage during loading and transportation.
• Support the logistics team during delivery preparation.

Stock and Inventory

• Assist the warehouse supervisor with regular stock counting.
• Help verify physical stock against warehouse records.
• Report stock shortages, excess stock, or discrepancies immediately.
• Ensure stock movements are handled and recorded properly.
• Report damaged, torn, wet, or improperly stored coffee bags.

Safety and Hygiene

• Follow all warehouse safety and hygiene rules and procedures.
• Use appropriate lifting and handling techniques when moving heavy coffee bags.
• Maintain safe working practices when loading and unloading containers.
• Report unsafe conditions, accidents, equipment issues, or warehouse problems to the supervisor.
• Take proper care of company property, equipment, products, and warehouse facilities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or labour experience is preferred.
• Experience in a coffee, food, FMCG, trading, or distribution warehouse is advantageous.
• The candidate must be physically fit and able to safely handle coffee bags weighing up to 60 kg.
• The candidate must be able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• The candidate must be able to lift, carry, stack, and move heavy bags safely.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety and hygiene practices is required.
• The candidate must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Compensation

• Pay: AED 1,432.13 to AED 2,500.00 per month.
