Position Overview
The role focuses on selling green coffee beans and developing business across the UAE and GCC.
The successful candidate will manage customers, generate sales, and build relationships across the coffee industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify new customers and generate business through sales, networking, referrals, research, and industry contacts.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation, order confirmation, and follow-up.
- Sell specialty and commercial green coffee beans.
- Recommend suitable origins, grades, qualities, and products.
- Maintain customer relationships and maximize repeat business.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitors, and pricing.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms within company guidelines.
- Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
- Attend customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Expand sales across UAE and GCC markets and provide market feedback to management.
