Role Overview
LUMIRAS is hiring a Guest Service Executive for its Holiday Homes team in Dubai, UAE.
The role manages the guest experience from booking through check-out and coordinates with internal operations teams.
The position reports to the Guest Experience Manager or Operations Manager.
Employment and Location
- Employment type is full-time.
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE.
Guest Communication
- Act as the main guest contact before, during, and after each stay.
- Respond to inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, email, Airbnb, Booking.com, and other booking platforms.
- Provide accurate property, facility, house-rule, check-in, and local-service information.
- Follow up until guest concerns and requests are resolved.
Check-In and Check-Out
- Coordinate and conduct check-ins and check-outs where required.
- Provide access information, keys, access cards, and property instructions.
- Coordinate early or late arrivals and departures with relevant teams.
