About the Role
Ebara Elliott Energy is hiring a Warehouse Worker for their KEZAD Free Zone facility in Abu Dhabi. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, picking and packing orders, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities
- Unload incoming delivery trucks and review packaging/advice notes against purchase orders
- Verify quantities and descriptions of goods against PO, record findings, and report discrepancies
- Tag incoming goods and place in designated inspection area; route items for inspection and receive into ERP
- Maintain stores and goods in areas in safe, clean, orderly condition; organize warehouse locations
- Periodically check physical condition of stored goods; track shelf life and advise on expirations
- Pick items accurately according to pick lists; advise order coordinator of discrepancies
- Assemble cartons, pack materials, construct wooden export crates when required
- Label boxes with shipping markings; distribute final paperwork and load outgoing trucks
- Carry out routine inventory checks and cycle counts
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of proven experience working in a warehouse environment
- Advanced understanding of receiving inspections and experience inputting logistical data into tracking databases/ERP systems

Overview & Responsibilities
- The Warehouse Worker performs essential physical and administrative duties to support facility wide logistics, including shipping and receiving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and moving, managing the preservation, packaging, and storage of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- This role requires an advanced understanding of receiving inspections and data entry into tracking databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, Inspection & ERP Data Entry: Unload, review documentation, verify quantities, report discrepancies, tag and stage goods, route for inspection, receive into ERP.
- Warehouse Organization & Inventory Control: Maintain area upkeep, organize locations, perform quality checks, track shelf life, segregate damaged goods, prevent unauthorized removal, carry out audits and cycle counts.
- Picking, Packing & Shipping: Pick items accurately, check condition, assemble cartons, construct wooden export crates, package securely, label, distribute paperwork, load trucks.
- Compliance & Continuous Improvement: Perform duties per company policies, suggest improvements, perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced understanding of receiving inspections and experience inputting logistical data into tracking databases/ERP systems.
Base Location & Work Schedule
- This is a full time permanent position based in KEZAD Free Zone in Abu Dhabi.
