4+ years of experience in a direct people leadership role, with a proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
Experience managing teams in a fast-paced warehouse, fulfillment, or operational environment

Schedule & Availability: This role follows a Wednesday–Saturday schedule. Team members must have availability between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. , with specific scheduled hours determined based on business needs
Experience leading large, diverse teams (part-time and full-time)
Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
Experience implementing new processes or leading change initiatives
Familiarity with analytics or visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Fuse human creativity and styling expertise to redefine personalized retail.

Compensation and Benefits This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.
