As the Warehouse Operations Manager, Optimization , you will lead high-impact initiatives that improve how our warehouse operates, with a focus on systems, process improvement, facilities, and vendor performance. This is what you’ll need to succeed in this role from day 1.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience with WMS implementations, migrations, or significant system/process transformations in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or other structured continuous-improvement methodologies.
Experience overseeing facilities operations through a facilities leader or technical subject matter expert.
Experience identifying and implementing vendor or contract changes that generated measurable cost savings or service improvements.

Compensation and Benefits This role will receive a competitive salary, benefits, and equity. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. This position is eligible for an annual bonus, and new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units, depending on employee and company performance.
