Warehouse Assistant Operations Manager

This is what you’ll need to succeed in this role from day 1.

Requirements:

You have 5+ years of people leadership experience within a warehouse or manufacturing setting, while demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and consistent influence of other people managers of large teams.

Demonstrate excellence in Microsoft Office or G Suite and maintain an open mindset towards learning and mastering new systems.

Experience setting operational performance standards, balancing short- and long-term priorities, and aligning departmental objectives with broader network goals.

Embodies values of Trust, Integrity, and Innovation as aligned with our OS while being responsible for enabling autonomy and building trust and accountability with the teams you manage.

Flexibility is important, as you should be available to address issues outside of standard business hours, and willing to work on nights or weekends as required.

Schedule & Availability: This role follows a Wednesday–Saturday schedule. Team members must have availability between 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. , with specific scheduled hours determined based on business needs

Compensation and Benefits This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance.
