Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure proper receipt, storage, and handling of raw materials in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to optimize space utilization.
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, stock movements, and operational performance.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory and address any operational issues.
- Train and evaluate warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance with company standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery when necessary.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience of warehousing with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in inventory management
- SAP experience is a must
- Leadership experience
- High level of computer literacy, to include MS Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of the occupational hazards and safety precautions applicable to the work
- Good communication skills in English

About The Role
- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods across the facility.
- You will lead warehouse teams, drive inventory accuracy, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing warehouse performance, ensuring compliance with Kerry's quality, food safety, and health & safety standards.
