- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods
- Ensure accurate inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels
- Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies
- Supervise, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Plan and organize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and other departments for smooth material flow
- Monitor and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Handle documentation and maintain records of all warehouse transactions
- Manage returns, damaged goods, and reverse logistics processes
- Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with supervisory or managerial experience preferred
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS/ERP)
- Strong understanding of warehouse best practices and safety standards

Job Summary
