- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff and assistants.
- Ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
- Prepare warehouse reports and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and warehouse procedures.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role
- Experience in Dubai warehouses, Free Zones, logistics, or distribution centers is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English

Role Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure the efficient handling of inventory, receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in Dubai warehouses, Free Zones, or logistics environments.
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, warehouse management experience, and the ability to supervise warehouse staff while maintaining accuracy, safety, and operational efficiency.
