Role overview
Own the operational integrity of Warehouse 45, Warehouse 47, and the Fujairah warehouse.
Ensure all warehouse movements are documented and traceable, Inflow reflects physical stock, and the Head of Operations receives reliable weekly visibility.
Inflow and inventory control
- Review Inflow every morning for negative stock, missing GRNs, and unconfirmed dispatches, and correct issues within the required timelines.
- Approve all Inflow quantity adjustments with documented reasons.
- Lead the monthly physical count of at least 294 SKUs and investigate variances above 2 percent per SKU.
- Set reorder points, review the reorder tracker daily, raise approved purchase orders, and monitor late deliveries.
- Maintain a minimum 30-day supply of bulk consumables.
GRN and delivery operations
- Ensure every delivery is physically counted and supported by signed GRN documentation before Inflow entry.
- Govern short deliveries, over deliveries, damaged goods, supplier claims, and monthly GRN compliance audits.
- Oversee 80 to 110 weekly deliveries across Dubai and the UAE, including staging, priorities, and delivery confirmations.
- Coordinate with the ONB coordinator so activation items are staged 24 hours before each property activation.
