- Skills in Forklift Operation and safe use of warehouse equipment
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Vocational training or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or related field is beneficial

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Warehouse Supervisor role based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Warehouse Supervisor oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching materials and products in an organized and safe manner.
- Responsibilities include supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.
- The role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating shipping and receiving activities, optimizing material handling processes, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- The Warehouse Supervisor collaborates with procurement, logistics, and other departments to support smooth supply chain operations and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Candidate should have extensive experience in Manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling to manage inbound and outbound goods efficiently.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control to maintain accurate stock records and support demand planning.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and safe use of warehouse equipment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in a supervisory or lead role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, Qatar and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills; familiarity with safety and compliance standards.
- Vocational training or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is beneficial; professional certifications in warehouse or safety management are an advantage.
