Elite Projects Qatar seeks a Production Engineer with expertise in pasta production to lead and optimize manufacturing processes. The role focuses on lean manufacturing, quality control, and continuous improvement in a state-of-the-art facility in Doha.

Responsibilities
- Lead and optimize production processes, with a particular focus on pasta manufacturing, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal waste
- Implement and champion Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement initiatives across all production stages
- Oversee and enhance Quality Control measures to guarantee the consistent delivery of premium pasta products
- Conduct thorough Data Analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
- Proactively engage in Troubleshooting production issues, applying strong Problem Solving skills to minimize downtime
- Manage various Project Management initiatives aimed at upgrading equipment, processes, and overall plant performance
- Ensure strict adherence to all Safety Standards, fostering a safe and productive working environment
- Collaborate cross functionally with R&D, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to achieve operational excellence
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing and Engineering, with a specialized focus on Pasta Production
- Proven track record in Process Optimization, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Exceptional abilities in Quality Control, ensuring adherence to the highest food safety and product standards
- Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for effective Troubleshooting and Data Analysis
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, with the ability to lead and execute complex projects
- A deep commitment to maintaining and enforcing rigorous Safety Standards
- Excellent Problem Solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to operational challenges
- Experience with Food Manufacturing and Production Line Management
- Familiarity with Factory Operations and industrial best practices
- A minimum of 3 7 years of progressive experience as a Production Engineer, ideally within the food manufacturing sector
- Specific, hands on experience in factories that produce pasta is highly advantageous and a key requirement
