Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Head of Warehouse Operations** to oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory management, and financial documentation processes.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, accurate record-keeping, and strong coordination with head office.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and monitor all cash payments and related records
- Maintain payment documentation (including VAT and audit support) and report to Head Office
- Manage goods and visitor gate pass administration
- Handle invoice extraction and maintain records through the company portal
- Process drivers’ reimbursements on a weekly basis
- Oversee inventory control and stock monitoring
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff
- Prepare and submit regular operational and financial reports to Head Office
Requirements
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management
- Strong knowledge of documentation, invoicing, and cash handling processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Experience in UAE warehouse operations is an advantage
- Advanced working knowledge of ERP systems, MS Excel, and reporting tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
