- Manage daily operations of 6 warehouse facilities in Jafza, DIK, and Ras Al Khor
- Develop and maintain warehouse operational plans, manpower planning, and daily activity schedules
- Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Lead, train, mentor, and monitor warehouse supervisors and staff
- Establish clear reporting structures and ensure daily operational updates
- Monitor warehouse productivity including manpower utilization and turnaround time
- Manage peak season planning and operational contingencies
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and periodic stock audits
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices and maintain stock aging control
- Monitor damages, shortages, excess inventory, and claims; implement corrective actions
- Ensure all inbound/outbound transactions are accurately recorded in ERP/WMS
- Maintain proper documentation: GRNs, DOs, transfer notes, pick lists, packing lists, shipment records
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4–5 years of complete GCC experience in Warehouse Management
- Proven experience managing 2 3 warehouse facilities simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
- Hands on experience with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse KPIs, and operational planning
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple warehouse operations in a fast paced environment
- Language: Malayalam, Hindi, English; Arabic preferred
- Valid UAE Driving License is a plus

Job Summary
- GSM Shipping is seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage the operations of 6 warehouse facilities in Jebel Ali, Ras Al Khor and DIK.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proven GCC warehouse management experience, and the ability to optimize warehouse operations while ensuring inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations
- Manage the daily operations of 6 warehouse facilities (In Jafza, DIK, Ras Al Khor)
- Develop and maintain warehouse operational plans, manpower planning, and daily activity schedules across all warehouse locations.
- Plan, organize, and supervise all warehouse activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Lead, train, mentor, and monitor warehouse supervisors and warehouse staff.
- Establish clear reporting structures and ensure warehouse supervisors submit daily operational updates, pending activity reports, and exception reports.
- Monitor warehouse productivity, including manpower utilization, loading/unloading efficiency, turnaround time, and operational delays.
- Manage peak season planning, urgent shipments, and operational contingencies to avoid service interruptions.
Key Responsibilities Inventory & Documentation
- Ensure accurate inventory management, stock control, and periodic stock audits.
- Implement and monitor FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable and maintain stock aging control.
- Monitor warehouse damages, shortages, excess inventory, and claims, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Ensure all inbound and outbound transactions are accurately recorded in ERP/WMS systems.
- Maintain proper documentation, including: Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), Delivery Orders (DOs), Transfer Notes, Pick Lists, Packing Lists and Shipment Records.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
Key Responsibilities Warehouse Layout & Facility Management
- Develop and maintain warehouse layouts, storage plans, and bin/location management systems to maximize space utilization.
- Ensure proper storage methods and material handling practices.
- Conduct regular warehouse inspections to maintain housekeeping, safety compliance, storage standards, and operational discipline.
- Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, racking systems, barcode scanners, and other operational tools.
Key Responsibilities Customer & Operational Excellence
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, transportation, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor customer specific operational requirements and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, reduce costs, and improve operational performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company policies, and warehouse SOPs.
Key Responsibilities Performance Management
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse performance reports.
- Analyze warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement plans.
- Conduct regular training programs for warehouse staff on: Safety procedures, SOP compliance, Equipment handling and Warehouse operational processes.
- Monitor subcontractor performance, including manpower suppliers, transport providers, and third party warehouse service providers.
Requirements
