Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end pricing function for Air, Sea, Land Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and other logistics services
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely quotations
- Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, and other logistics partners
- Support the Sales team with pricing, tenders, and RFQs
- Monitor freight market trends, carrier rates, and competitor pricing
- Lead, manage, and develop the Pricing team
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics pricing
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools

Job Summary
- The Pricing Manager is responsible for leading the end to end pricing function for freight forwarding and logistics services. The role ensures competitive and profitable pricing through effective negotiation with carriers, vendors, and logistics partners while supporting the Sales team with timely q
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end to end pricing function for Air, Sea, Land Freight, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, and other logistics services
- Handle Air, Sea, Land, and Project Cargo enquiries and prepare competitive quotations
- Prepare accurate, competitive, and timely quotations
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive
- Develop strategic pricing for key customers, contracts, and tenders
- Maintain and update pricing databases, tariffs, and rate sheets
- Identify the best logistics solutions for every customer enquiry
- Negotiate freight rates and service contracts with shipping lines, airlines, transport providers, courier companies, overseas agents, and other logistics partners
- Book shipments with airlines, shipping lines, courier companies, and logistics partners
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Identify cost saving opportunities while ensuring service quality
- Support the Sales team with pricing, tenders, and RFQs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Professional certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is an advantage
- Minimum 3 4 years of experience in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics pricing
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Commercial and analytical mindset
- Leadership and team management
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Good knowledge of international freight forwarding and logistics operations
- Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding ERP systems and pricing tools
- Experience in quotation management, rate management, shipment costing, and pricing analysis
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
