Responsibilities
- Process Bill of Entry for exports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE customs regulations
- Prepare and verify shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
- Handle documentation submissions through Dubai Trade Portal
- Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, and freight forwarders for clearance procedures
- Ensure compliance with UAE’s import export regulations and freezone policies
- Keep updated with customs tariff codes and duty structures
- Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth shipment clearance
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely reports on customs activities
- Assist in resolving any documentation discrepancies or customs related queries
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in export documentation, bill of entry processing, and customs clearance
- Expertise in Dubai Trade Portal, export regulations, and customs documentation
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Dubai Trade Portal, and customs clearance software
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Arabic is a plus

Job Overview
