Role Overview
The Warehouse Manager oversees daily operations for a warehouse handling direct-to-consumer distribution.
The role is responsible for order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
The operation includes sorting, grading, transformation, and distribution of products to dark stores while maintaining cold chain integrity.
Operations Management
- Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping operations.
- Implement and optimize processes to meet daily order fulfillment goals.
- Manage sorting, grading, transformation, and delivery to maintain stock availability for dark stores.
- Manage day-to-day warehouse and cold chain operations within cut-off timelines and SOPs.
Inventory and Team Management
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and daily stock audit reports.
- Coordinate stock forecasting with procurement and sales teams.
- Manage liquidation of damaged and expired inventory under SOPs and customer SLAs.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff and manage shift schedules.
