Role Overview
The Ocean Customer Experience Specialist supports customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels related to the company’s services and inquiries.
The role combines customer support, issue resolution, internal coordination, service knowledge, and sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and other communications about the company’s services and inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, processes, pricing, and delivery times.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer requests and concerns.
- Record customer interactions and transaction details in the designated Cloud Telephony System.
- Maintain current knowledge of the company’s offerings, services, and processes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services and products.
