Job Purpose
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and achieve productivity, quality, inventory accuracy, customer service, safety, and cost targets.
Lead supervisors, team leaders, operators, and associates while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Location
- The role is based at the Hoskote warehouse location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Warehouse and Team Management
- Manage inbound, outbound, inventory, returns, and value-added service operations.
- Ensure timely receipt, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch, and order fulfillment.
- Lead supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse associates.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, absenteeism, and manpower deployment.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Inventory, Customers, and Performance
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical verification.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Provide operational updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support customer visits, audits, and business reviews.
