Job Purpose
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient execution.
Oversee inbound, outbound, inventory, and value-added services while meeting customer, productivity, and compliance requirements.
Workplace and Location
- The role is onsite at the Hoskote/Bengaluru warehouse location in Karnataka, India.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 5-7 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience in WMS, SAP, or similar warehouse systems is preferred.
Operational Management
- Supervise inbound, outbound, and value-added warehouse activities.
- Ensure timely receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory transactions.
- Monitor productivity and throughput against defined targets.
- Ensure adherence to customer SOPs and operational procedures.
