Responsibilities
- Manage day to day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch
- Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, and warehouse documentation
- Optimize warehouse space and ensure efficient storage and workflow
- Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and drivers, and allocate daily tasks
- Coordinate with Procurement, Inventory, Retail, and other departments to support operational requirements
- Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, driver schedules, and GPS tracking
- Coordinate facility maintenance, safety inspections, pest control, fire alarm, and HVAC servicing
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, KPIs, and warehouse safety standards
- Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements where required
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse management or similar role
- Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse documentation
- Ability to supervise staff and allocate tasks
- Familiarity with fleet operations and GPS tracking
- Understanding of safety standards and compliance
