Responsibilities
- Oversee all warehouse operations and ensure efficient daily workflow
- Manage receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch activities
- Develop and implement warehouse policies and operating procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy while minimizing losses
- Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to maximize productivity
- Plan and oversee periodic and annual stock counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with the Purchasing, Sales, and Operations departments to ensure smooth business operations
- Prepare inventory and warehouse performance reports for management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards
- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is required
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and supply chain management
- Experience using ERP systems and inventory management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the automotive, spare parts, or retail industry is highly preferred
