Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install, maintain, and support computers, printers, and other IT equipment
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure and ensure system stability and security
- Perform data backup procedures and implement cybersecurity best practices
- Manage email systems, user accounts, and access permissions
- Monitor IT systems performance and recommend improvements
- Manage and maintain the company's Shopify e commerce platform
- Upload and update products and oversee applications integrated with the online store
- Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors when required
- Prepare periodic technical reports and provide recommendations to management
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support and systems administration
- Hands on experience in computer maintenance, networking, and technical support
- Good knowledge of Shopify and e commerce store management
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
